Andrea Wilson, Office Manager

Since graduating with a doctorate in physical therapy from Ithaca College in 2017, Alex has treated pelvic floor dysfunction and general orthopedic conditions. Apart from pelvic floor dysfunction, she specializes in manual therapy, lower back pain and hip pain. Alex enjoys connecting with her patients, incorporating an eclectic approach to her treatment sessions to improve pelvic floor function and alleviate pain. Her passion is improving daily life, mental health and the quality of life for her patients through the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction with physical therapy.

The historical charm and beautiful weather of Savannah drew Alex from southern Maine. A softball pitcher in high school and college, she still enjoys pitching and playing softball today. When Alex isn’t pursuing her passion in physical therapy, she enjoys going to the beach, running, reading psychological thrillers and going to Red Sox games. Alex has two fur babies, her dog Mookie and cat Apollo.

        Alex Tracy, DPT

Andrea is a native of Savannah. She graduated from St. Vincent’s Academy and Draughon’s Business College. After working at Savannah Electric as an administrative assistant for 25 years, Andrea held administrative roles in the medical field for 12 years. She joined Core Therapy in 2016 where she welcomes pelvic floor patients to our practice and supports patients and therapists as the office manager.

Andrea married her high school sweetheart Joey and they have two children. While she travels, kayaks and goes to the beach, Andrea enjoys spending time with her two Yorkshire terriers most of all.

Jenny attended St. Vincent’s High School and Armstrong Atlantic State University. She graduated with a bachelors in physical therapy in 1992 from the Medical College of Georgia. With 28 years of experience in a variety of settings, Jenny has treated orthopedic, neurological and pediatric patients. She noticed a need for specialized pelvic physical therapy in hospital patients. Jenny has trained in the evaluation and treatment of urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, overactive bladder, interstitial cystitis, pregnancy/ post-partum concerns and pelvic pain.    

She enjoys time with her husband hiking, kayaking and gardening. Jenny holds an American record for the women’s bench press and has competed internationally. Her daughter has followed her into healthcare and works as a nurse at Memorial Health. Type your paragraph here.

Cathy Neal, MSPT, PRPC





Cathy, owner and founder of Core Therapy, is originally from Louisville, Kentucky, but fell in love with Savannah and moved to Wilmington Island 30 years ago. She graduated from Armstrong Atlantic State University in 1998 with a master’s degree in physical therapy, and has been practicing physical therapy in Savannah since then. 

Cathy has successfully treated hundreds of pelvic floor patients and is the region's only board certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner. With over 3000 hours of direct patient care, Cathy is certified in treating men, women and children with pelvic pain, pelvic girdle dysfunction, and conditions of bowel, bladder and sexual dysfunction. 

She enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael Neal, helping him with their eco-tour businesses, Bull River Cruises and Moon River Kayak Tours.  In their spare time they try to get outdoors as much as possible; kayaking, scuba diving and camping.  In addition, Cathy competes in agility trials with their Shetland Sheepdogs and loves to visit their married daughter who lives in Strasbourg, France.
